Article 2

Article 2: Executive Leadership​

  1. Each County Council shall elect a County Executive to serve as the chief administrator.

  2. The County Executive shall:

  • Represent the county in intergovernmental matters.

  • Oversee local government departments.

  • Ensure compliance with national laws and directives.
