Article 2: Safe Environments​

Section 2A -- Child-Safe Institutions​

(a) Schools, orphanages, and youth organizations must conduct background checks on staff and report risks to the Child Protection Authority.

(b) Violators face fines up to 100,000 Links Landic Dimes and license revocation.

Section 2B -- Digital Safeguards​

(a) Social media platforms must implement age-verification tools and report CSAM to law enforcement within 24 hours.
