Section 5A -- School Zones​

(a) Speed cameras and traffic wardens enforce 20 mph limits during school hours.

(b) Double fines for violations in school zones.

Section 5B -- Construction Areas​

(a) Drivers must obey reduced speed limits and detour signs; non-compliance risks 5,000 Dimes fine.
