Article 2

Article 2: Education​

  1. Counties shall ensure the availability of free primary and secondary education.

  2. Counties shall establish Education Boards to:

  • Maintain school facilities.

  • Oversee teacher recruitment and training.

  • Ensure equitable access to education.
