Article C: Constitutional Compliance​

Section C1 -- Sovereignty and Democracy​

Military actions align with Chapter 1, Article 1 (national sovereignty) and require parliamentary approval (Chapter 4, Article 12).

The Monarch's ceremonial role complies with Chapter 2, Article 4.

Section C2 -- Rights and Freedoms​

Prohibitions on discrimination uphold Chapter 6, Article 16 (equality).

Conscientious objection exemptions respect Chapter 6, Article 16(3) (freedom of belief).

Section C3 -- Judicial Oversight​

The Military Tribunal operates under Chapter 5, Article 14 (judicial independence).
