Article 1

Preamble:​

To streamline bureaucratic processes, eliminate redundancies, and ensure transparent, citizen-centric governance under Chapter 3, Article 8 (executive duties) and Chapter 6, Article 17 (civic responsibilities).

Article 1: Standardized Procedures​

Section 1A:​

All government agencies must adopt a Unified Digital Portal for licenses, permits, and public inquiries.

Section 1B:​

Processing time for citizen requests capped at 14 business days; delays incur fines (e.g., 1,000 Dimes/day).
