Section A: Criminal Classifications​

  • Electoral Fraud → High Treason

  • Bribery or Intimidation → Corruption

  • Misuse of Funds → Fraud of the Highest Degree

Section B: Consequences​

  • Lifetime ban from public office

  • Imprisonment

  • Asset seizure (if applicable)
